Essentiellement vital que de ne jamais cesser d’aller \u00e0 notre propre rencontre pour nous \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9finir\u00a0\u00bb chaque instant \u00e0 nouveau, que ce soit en voyageant, ou en restant immobile, en \u00e9changeant ou en se taisant, en r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissant ou en innovant.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

En v\u00e9rifiant au quotidien ce sur quoi je porte mon attention, je me donne les moyens d’\u00e9claircir ma vie. Par exemple… trier, puis garder des habitudes qui nous font du bon, et en cr\u00e9er de nouvelles (avec sensiblement, un effort au d\u00e9part) qui nous aideront \u00e0 grandir, \u00e0 suivre nos propres aspirations en transcendant nos peurs issues la plus grande majorit\u00e9 du temps de nos croyances inconscientes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Il ne reste plus qu’\u00e0 vous exercer \ud83d\ude09\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
