Chaque fois que je veux devenir<\/em> quelqu’un d’autre, chaque fois que je crois devoir<\/em>\u00a0am\u00e9liorer ma vie pour \u00eatre mieux, pour \u00eatre alors enfin heureux dans un futur compl\u00e8tement hypoth\u00e9tique, je me fais violence, je m’\u00e9loigne de mon \u00e9lan de vie. Je cours \u00e0 vouloir devenir parfait dans une image que je me suis fix\u00e9e mentalement (dans mon imaginaire) et dont je n’ai bien souvent pas conscience, une image qui m’a \u00e9t\u00e9 impos\u00e9e par l’ext\u00e9rieur,\u00a0 et qui devient ma r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, on appelle \u00e7a, devenir la meilleure version de soi-m\u00eame.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Mais alors, c’est quoi la moindre version de soi-m\u00eame ?\u00a0 C’est juste la version de soi, ici et maintenant,\u00a0 la version o\u00f9 l’on ne s’aime pas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

S’aimer, c’est voir finalement qu’il n y a rien \u00e0 devenir, c’est se reconna\u00eetre simplement dans l’instant.<\/span><\/p>\n

… L’engagement sinc\u00e8re envers soi, l’authenticit\u00e9 va entra\u00eener la reconnaissance de ce qui est ressenti. Et sans d\u00e9ni,\u00a0 l\u00e0, au coeur du ressenti, en dessous de l’\u00e9motion, se situe le \u00ab\u00a0vrai\u00a0\u00bb point d’action, l’action juste \u00e0 poser<\/strong> qui \u00e9merge alors d’un \u00ab\u00a0non agir\u00a0\u00bb, puisqu’il n’y alors rien \u00e0 faire, il n’y a plus de mouvement (action) int\u00e9rieur li\u00e9e, pi\u00e9g\u00e9e, enferm\u00e9e dans l’image imaginaire \u00e0 vouloir se changer ou s’am\u00e9liorer.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
