Ne serait-il pas important que j’apprenne \u00e0 devenir mon meilleur ami ? Qui peut m’accompagner, \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent, aussi bien que moi-m\u00eame au quotidien ?<\/span><\/p>\n

Alors voici quelques questions que je pourrais me poser :<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0O\u00f9 en suis je avec moi-m\u00eame ? \u00a0\u00bb ou autrement dit, \u00ab\u00a0Comment je me sens, qu’est ce que je ressens \u00e0 mon \u00e9gard ? \u00ab\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Est ce que je me donne confiance ? Est-ce que je m’appr\u00e9cie comme je suis ou bien est-ce que je cherche \u00e0 me changer pour devenir une vision fantasm\u00e9e de quelque chose qui ne serait pas moi en finalit\u00e9 ? Est-ce que je participe pleinement, de fa\u00e7on consciente, pr\u00e9sente \u00e0 ma vie, \u00e0 la vie, ou suis-je pris dans le pi\u00e8ge du vouloir changer, entretenir, pratiquer ou encore maintenir quoique ce soit avec ce qu’on appelle la volont\u00e9. <\/span><\/p>\n

Lorsque je m’ouvre \u00e0 m’appr\u00e9cier sans mettre de condition, j’exprime ce qui est l\u00e0 pour moi, ce que je ressens, mes valeurs, mes besoins, mes plaisirs, mes d\u00e9sillusions, je partage mes vides comme mes pleins ! Je \u00ab\u00a0renoue\u00a0\u00bb avec mon humain. <\/span><\/p>\n

V<\/span>ivre nos sentiments\/ressentis pleinement, de fa\u00e7on authentique, permet d’\u00e9couter et d’entendre ce qui est vraiment l\u00e0, sans chercher \u00e0 le d\u00e9naturer.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
